Terms & Conditions – 777af Platform Rules and Player Obligations

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 777af (hereinafter "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the 777af online gaming platform available at https://777af.cam and any associated services, applications or content provided thereon.

By accessing the Platform, completing the registration process, making a deposit, claiming a bonus or placing a bet, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately. 777af reserves the right to refuse access to any person at its sole discretion.

In these Terms, the following capitalised terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context requires otherwise:

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the applicable operator or license jurisdiction, at the time of registration and throughout your use of the Platform.
• You must be registering as an individual acting on your own behalf, not as an agent for any other person or legal entity.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which access to or use of the Platform is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not hold, and must not have previously held, another Account on the Platform (see the one-account rule below).
• You must not be self-excluded from the Platform or from gambling services generally at the time of registration.

The Platform reserves the right to request documentation at any time to verify eligibility. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in Account restriction or closure.

4.1 Accurate Information. When registering an Account, you must provide accurate, complete and current information. Any material misrepresentation — including false date of birth, false name or the use of another person's identity — is a serious breach of these Terms and may constitute fraud.

4.2 Account Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account using your credentials will be treated as activity by you, unless you have notified the Platform of unauthorised access without undue delay.

4.3 KYC Requirements. The Platform may require identity verification at any stage, including but not limited to prior to processing a first withdrawal, when cumulative deposits or withdrawals exceed specified thresholds, or where the Platform has reason to conduct enhanced due diligence. KYC documents may include:

• A valid government-issued photo ID (CNIC, passport or equivalent);
• A recent utility bill or bank statement as proof of address (dated within 3 months);
• Source-of-funds documentation where applicable.

4.4 Delays. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period may result in suspension of withdrawal functionality until verification is completed. 777af is not liable for any losses arising from verification delays where the Player has failed to respond promptly to documentation requests.

5.1 Deposit Methods. Available deposit methods are displayed in the Cashier section of the Platform and are subject to change without notice. The Platform references familiar payment services used in Pakistan — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — as contextual information only. Such references do not constitute a claim of affiliation, endorsement or guaranteed availability.

5.2 Currency Display. Account balances and transaction amounts are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) where applicable. Any conversion rates applied are those in effect at the time of the transaction and are not guaranteed by the Platform.

5.3 Minimum Deposits. Minimum deposit amounts are stated within the Cashier interface and are subject to periodic review.

5.4 Third-Party Payments. You must only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. The Platform does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any deposit identified as originating from a third party may be reversed, and the Account may be suspended pending investigation.

5.5 Chargebacks. Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal against the Platform without prior engagement with our support team constitutes a breach of these Terms. The Platform reserves the right to pursue recovery of funds and to permanently close the Account of any Player who initiates an unjustified chargeback.

6.1 Withdrawal Process. To initiate a withdrawal, you must navigate to the Cashier section, select an available withdrawal method, enter the required details and confirm the request. All withdrawal requests are subject to the completion of KYC verification as described in Section 4.

6.2 Name Match Requirement. The name on your withdrawal account or wallet must match the name registered on your Platform Account. Withdrawals to accounts in third-party names will not be processed.

6.3 Processing Timeframes. The Platform does not guarantee specific processing timeframes. Processing durations depend on the chosen withdrawal method, completion of KYC, and whether applicable bonus wagering requirements have been satisfied. Players are notified once a withdrawal has been approved and dispatched.

6.4 Minimum and Maximum Withdrawals. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits per transaction are stated in the Cashier interface. The Platform may adjust these limits at its discretion.

6.5 Bonus Wagering Conditions. If a Player holds an active bonus at the time of a withdrawal request, the applicable wagering requirement must be satisfied before the withdrawal can proceed, unless the Player elects to forfeit the bonus. Details of the applicable wagering requirement are accessible in the Player's Account at all times.

7.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers and other promotions offered by 777af are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, which include but are not limited to: wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, expiry dates, maximum bonus conversion limits and withdrawal caps.

7.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless stated otherwise, bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they or any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Specific wagering multipliers are stated on the relevant bonus offer page.

7.3 Bonus Abuse. The Platform takes bonus integrity seriously. Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple Accounts to claim bonuses, exploiting promotional terms, colluding with other players or exploiting software errors — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived therefrom, and may result in permanent Account closure.

7.4 Illustrative Amounts. Any bonus amount referenced in promotional material (such as "up to PKR 25,000" or "up to PKR 10,000 migration bonus") is an illustrative maximum. Actual amounts are determined at the time of qualification based on deposit size, account status and any applicable promotional terms. These are not guaranteed minimum awards.

7.5 Offer Availability. Bonus offers are available at the operator's discretion and may be withdrawn, modified or replaced at any time. The Platform will communicate changes to active bonuses to affected Players via Account notification or email where reasonably practicable.

7.6 Referral Programme. Where a referral programme is active, referral credits are only awarded when the referred player completes qualifying activity as defined in the programme terms. Fraudulent referral activity will result in forfeiture of referral credits and may lead to Account suspension.

8.1 Game Availability. The availability of specific games — including slot titles, live casino tables and sports betting markets covering Pakistan cricket, PSL T20 fixtures, ICC tournaments, football, UFC and other events — is subject to change without notice. Regional restrictions may apply.

8.2 RTP and Odds. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages shown on game pages are illustrative examples only. Actual RTP values depend on the specific game configuration. Sports betting odds are determined by the Platform's odds technology and may fluctuate until the moment of bet placement. Odds are not guaranteed after placing a bet unless the Platform's in-play bet acceptance has confirmed the transaction.

8.3 Void Bets. The Platform reserves the right to void bets placed on markets that were erroneously priced, where technical errors affected the game outcome, or where the integrity of the event is in doubt. Voided bets will have the relevant stake returned to the Player's Account.

8.4 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical fault that affects the outcome of a game or bet, the Platform's server-side records shall be the authoritative source for determining the correct outcome. No claims will be accepted based solely on client-side display errors.

8.5 Responsible Betting. The Platform encourages all Players to bet within their means. Gambling involves risk, and there is no guaranteed outcome on any game or sporting event. Past performance does not predict future results.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Registering more than one Account under the same or different identities;
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC;
• Using the Platform if you are under the minimum required age;
• Using the Platform if you are self-excluded or have been closed by the Platform;
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate game or bet outcomes;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any unauthorised tools to interact with the Platform;
• Exploiting bugs, errors or glitches in the software to gain unfair advantage;
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud or any other criminal activity through the Platform;
• Initiating unjustified chargebacks or payment reversals;
• Abusing bonus terms or promotions through systematic exploitation;
• Attempting to interfere with the Platform's security systems, servers or networks.

10.1 Platform-Initiated Closure. The Platform reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, where: (a) a breach of these Terms has occurred or is reasonably suspected; (b) the Account is subject to investigation; (c) the Player is found to have been ineligible at the time of registration; or (d) continued operation of the Account poses a risk to the Platform or other players.

10.2 Balance on Closure. Where an Account is closed due to a breach by the Player, the Platform reserves the right to withhold some or all of the Account balance pending investigation. Where no breach is found, any legitimate balance will be returned to the Player following the completion of applicable verification requirements.

10.3 Player-Initiated Closure. Players may request Account closure at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or by email at [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed promptly. Players who are concerned about problem gambling should consider a self-exclusion request rather than a standard closure, as self-exclusion includes protections against re-registration.

11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 777af, its officers, employees, agents and service providers shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses or damages arising from your use of the Platform;
• Loss of profits, data, goodwill or any other intangible loss;
• Service interruptions, technical errors or unavailability of the Platform;
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain password security;
• Losses arising from your reliance on information published on the Platform regarding game RTP, odds or promotional offers.

11.2 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by the Platform's negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

11.3 The Platform makes no representation that the services are appropriate or available for use in all jurisdictions. Players who access the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is restricted or prohibited do so at their own risk and are solely responsible for compliance with applicable local law.

12.1 All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, trade marks and audio-visual materials — is owned by or licensed to 777af and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

12.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display or create derivative works from any Platform content.

12.3 Any unauthorised use of Platform content may result in Account suspension and may give rise to legal action.

13.1 The collection and processing of your personal data is governed by the 777af Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available at /privacy-policy.

13.2 By registering an Account, you acknowledge that your personal data will be processed for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, responsible gambling monitoring, security and — where consented to — marketing communications.

13.3 The Platform does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with third-party service providers strictly necessary for Platform operation (such as payment processors and KYC verification providers), subject to appropriate data protection agreements.

14.1 Adults Only. The Platform is strictly for adults aged 18 years and over, or the higher minimum required by the operator's license jurisdiction. Minors are strictly prohibited from registering or using the Platform. The Platform employs age verification controls and will close any Account found to be held by a minor.

14.2 Player Protection Tools. The following tools are available to all registered Players via the Account dashboard:

14.3 Self-Exclusion. Self-excluded Players will not receive promotional communications from the Platform during the exclusion period. Attempts to circumvent self-exclusion by registering a new Account constitute Prohibited Conduct.

15.1 Pakistan has significant gambling restrictions in place, including but not limited to the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977. The legal status of online and remote gambling for residents of Pakistan may depend on multiple factors including the applicable federal and provincial legislation relevant to the individual.

15.2 777af does not hold a Pakistani gambling license and does not claim to be approved, licensed, regulated or endorsed by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan, any Pakistani provincial authority, or any Pakistani financial institution.

15.3 Players who access the Platform from Pakistan do so at their own risk and are solely responsible for understanding and complying with applicable laws in their jurisdiction. Nothing in these Terms constitutes legal advice. Players are encouraged to consult qualified legal counsel if they have questions about the legality of online gambling in their jurisdiction.

16.1 777af reserves the right to amend, modify or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, the Platform will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered Players via Account notification or the email address on file.

16.2 The effective date of the most current version of these Terms is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments.

16.3 If you do not agree to any amendments, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 10.3.
